Priority Financial Group (PFG) is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator who is a self-starter with strong writing skills and enjoys running client events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing communications to help meet the firm’s business development and customer experience goals. This full-time position is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Initial onboarding training will be in-office and some job functions will require in-office time. Work-from-home flexibility will be considered. The successful candidate must be able to pass a credit and background check with our Broker/Dealer.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Create marketing materials and campaign communications to help our financial advisors maximize our services, tools and platforms.
  • Create lead-gen campaigns using Salesforce CRM and automated email tools. Manage presentation decks and sales support materials targeted to prospective advisors and credit unions. Manage loyalty and referral programs.
  • Manage advisor meetings and conference events (both internal and external) to deliver high quality experiences. Coordinate virtual advisor bi-monthly meetings, annual advisor conference, top advisor recognition event, and financial institution advisory board. Coordinate with product partners, vendors and speakers. Create the master deck for virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Increase brand awareness through a coordinated digital, social and events strategy. Maintain the annual marketing activities calendar, PFG website and LinkedIn account. Write new content, including press releases and blogs, to ensure all information is up to date and new insights are shared.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in financial services
  • Excellent writing skills with demonstrated experience with content development for email campaigns, marketing materials, social media and websites.
  • Event management experience, both virtual and live events, and proficiency in coordinating with hotel and staging vendors, product sponsors, and presenters.
  • Experience working with website vendors / website management and familiarity with Salesforce CRM system is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and organizational skills required.
