We are looking to add a Marketing Communication Specialist to our Sales & Marketing Team.The Marketing Communications Coordinator will assist in achieving company sales and revenue targets by assisting the sales and marketing team with marketing communications and events, as well as maintaining the global distribution network.

Open to a remote position in the following locations: US, Germany, France, or Portugal.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for Maintaining and Expanding Worldwide Distribution Network

• Creates and maintains a global pool of existing and potential distributors.
• Connects with potential distributors and assists in the qualification steps to become a new distributor.
• Responsible for the startup of new distributors and direct customers by successful coordination with Sales and Marketing.
• Remains a strong contact for all distributors and contributes to building a successful commercial partnership in close cooperation with the Technical Account Managers.

Marketing Communications and Logistics Support

• Assists the Graphics Department with the creation, approval, production and dissemination of marketing materials.
• Assists with the creation of social media posts and sponsored posts, as well as, overall management of company social media channels.
• Maintains inventory of promotional materials and coordinates and ships promotional material to domestic and international customers.
• Assists with generation, launch and analysis of metrics of digital and print advertising campaigns.
• Aids in the creation and management of global pricelists and budgeting of conferences.

Tradeshow Coordination

• Assists in the preparation of tradeshows and other marketing events.
• Coordinates logistics of meetings and conferences.
• Coordinates with other internal departments to assist in Marketing planning and strategy.
• Acts as a liaison, cooperates and respectfully communicates with external and internal customers.

You Bring:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration is preferred.
• Experience in a regulated industry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of foreign languages (Chinese, French, German) is desired
• The ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people across the world.
• Experience in international business and social media management is helpful.
