Custom Construction Services is a concrete and hardscape company that works throughout the Twin Cities metro. We are an active company that takes full advantage of our Spring through Fall work calendar in order to bring our customers the best in craftsmanship and value for their concrete and hardscape needs. We have been in business for over sixteen years performing work on projects such as driveways, patios, retaining walls, pavers, steps, walkways, and more. We take great pride in our work and are committed to applying our knowledge and expertise to each project.

Currently, we are in search of an SEO/SEM Specialist to join our team for the upcoming season. We are looking for smart, hard-working individuals interested in a company that offers the opportunity to grow over the long term, as well as a welcoming, friendly work environment.

About the Role:

Search Engine Marketing Specialists (SEO/SEM) is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company's overall SEO strategy. They usually cover a wide variety of duties such as web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Social Media
• Marketing
• Expert in Google/Google Analytics
• Knowledge of Cad programs preferred but not required
• Website Design/Maintenance
• Video and Photos
• Web Analytics
• Content Strategy Planning
• Link Building and Key Word Strategy

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

To perform in this position successfully, an individual must be able to excel at each duty outlined above and have the following knowledge, skills, and background:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in related field (Preferred)
• Marketing: 2 Years (Required)
• Social Media Experiences 2 Years (Required)

SKILLS OVERVIEW:

• Responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales.
• Create sales & marketing materials and make updates/changes to existing materials as requested
• Managing Google Ads campaigns, including but not limited to Search, Display Network, etc.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the company website
• Develop a content strategy based on a company's or client's business objectives
• Capturing photos and videos by visiting construction sites. Along with editing pictures and videos to produce for marketing, social media, etc.
