EisnerAmper, a premier accounting and business advisory services firm, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Supporting our San Francisco office, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, execution, writing and organizational skills.
This hybrid position will be responsible for executing marketing and communications activities which support the strategic goals of the firm, help drive growth and enhance our brand image.
What you’ll be doing:

Coordinate and implement events and sponsorships

Assist with presentations and communication projects
-
Update marketing collateral, brochures, and presentations
-
Monitor new business opportunities and sales pipeline
-
Assist with proposal and pitchbook development
-
Maintain contact lists and other marketing databases
-
Assist with creation of social media campaigns and postings that will enhance the brand across various social media platforms
-
Assist as needed, with niche practice group campaigns and strategic marketing efforts

Provide support for marketing department administrative activities, team initiatives and projects
We’re looking for someone who has:

Associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field required with 1+ years of marketing experience
Preferred candidates also have:
-
Extensive experience with MS Office 365 particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Other marketing computer software and online applications a plus (CRM tools, etc.)

Financial services or professional services experience a plus

Excellent communication and people skills

Good understanding of marketing principles

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
