Local Real Estate Development & Property Management company seeking a Marketing Coordinator familiar with both traditional and digital marketing. This individual will be responsible for marketing of over 500+ units as they are available and maintaining all advertising, assisting with brainstorming for new ideas and managing all inbound interest and scheduling for leasing consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of new marketing strategy for the company (in image, presentation, material, etc)
• Work in conjunction with Management to coordinate all marketing campaigns for newly acquired properties
• Designing and ordering of new marketing materials, banners, flags, etc.
• Design and implement branding to all floorplans and printed materials for digital & print marketing
• Create and maintain all unit marketing including content and updating as changes occur
• Fielding all inbound leasing calls, prequalifying them on the phone and setting appts for leasing agents
• Bonus if knowledge of various forms of marketing strategies to drive traffic to the website including SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.
• Research and study our competitors to ensure we maintain the competitive edge by innovating beyond/outside the industry norms
• Work with design and ordering of all company gear, marketing materials, flags, banners etc.
• Manage and track all website projects with 3rd party company

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in marketing, advertising, social media
• Experience in creating websites and maintaining domains a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and self starter
• Understanding of Google Analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, Adobe, Canva)
• Motivated with the ability to change tasks at a moments notice
• Possess a growth mindset: viewing all experiences as opportunities to learn and grow
• Strong accountability -taking ownership of the work you produce
• General knowledge of real estate preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team
