Your seat at the table: Marketing Manager - AMERICAS

In this seat you’ll will be responsible for developing marketing plans and campaigns with key partners that support business objectives. We are looking for a strong collaborator who can work with key stakeholders internally and within the partners to drive the marketing planning and execution process and achieve business results. You will seek constant communication and alignment with other Marketing peers across the organization as well as leverage cross functional resources to support the Sales, Promotions, Events and Recognition at Saladmaster and coordinating all related activities for Eagle Division.

This seat reports to: SVP Division Integrator - AMERICAS

More specifics about what this seat does:

• Works with the Divisional leadership team to support annual operating plans.
• Develop the communication strategy for the Americas.
• Provides marketing support, including the development of promotional flyers, social media posts, and certificates for events and recognition.
• Assists with field recognition and awards for the Americas Division.
• Monitors and assists the Americas Division sales team social media channels.
• Updates and coordinates the Americas Divisional calendar(s) and execute tasks according to timelines.
• Responsible for developing the agenda for Divisional events and proposing content for approval with Regional SVP.
• Manages multiple concurrent projects and communicates collaboratively across teams.
• Working with the Divisional leadership team, evaluates all programs and promotions for effectiveness and recommends improvements.
• Assists with organizing and execution at meetings & events for Eagle Division (at times helps set up and clean up rooms for events or meetings)

We need this seat to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar and/or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years Marketing experience in Marketing
• Must be fluent in English
• Strong time and project management skills with the ability to run multiple, concurrent projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop.
• Strong attention to detail; independent, self-starter that is comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Able to work effectively across cross-functional groups including marketing and sales
• Limited domestic and/or international travel may be required to support company events.
