Position Description:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for promote and manage the commercial strategy of San Ignacio University to achieve the institutional objectives, ensuring the established income.
Essential Functions:
- Manage the launch of programs in different categories: Doctorates, Masters, and inhouse education programs to guarantee the result of income according to the annual plan.
- Lead the commercial and marketing campaigns in order to make the launch of the San Ignacio University programs viable and to establish the sales goals for each consultant in order to guarantee the results committed in the annual exercise.
- Propose improvements that increase sales.
- Propose the assigned income and expense budget and control its execution to optimize resources.
- Define and propose the sales plan (including the number of programs offered in each cycle, number of vacancies for each program, price, etc.) in order to guarantee income and profitability.
- Present reports of results of commercial campaigns by new students, to ensure income and profitability
- Define business strategies so that they are modern,up-to-date and global in order to identify business opportunities.
- Define the annual academic calendar considering the following variables: Number of new students, average price, frequency of new clases, in the different categories of the San Ignacio University portfolio.
- To keep the sales team trained in terms of the value proposition, attributes of each product offered, supporting them in attracting prospects to ensure the promised results.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of the sales team in order to achieve results.
- Define the appropriate content and the effective use of digital assets to achieve visibility and image in the institution.
- Propose innovative digital solutions as well as new digital channels in order to achieve an adequate presence.
- Supervise the execution of digital strategies both in own or earned assets in order to meet the quota of qualified leads.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent communication,
2. Exceptional organization and detail orientation, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
4. Administrative experience, including ability to establish priorities and make difficult choices among competing demands and to make decisions in a consultative and informed manner.
5. Flexible, innovative and responsive to emerging needs of the University.
6. Possess ability to effectively and consistently lead and motivate staff.
7. Advance knowledge in MS Excel.
Position Requirements:
- Master's degre in Marketing, Business Management or related.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as manager.
- Management skills, customer service, management of commercial teams, negotiation and other related.
- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing.
- Experience working with sales and marketing indicators is required.
- Experience working in an academic environment is a huge plus.
- Have good communications and interpersonal skills, and be results oriented.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- This job position requires to work in person.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
