Motus is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our Managed Mobility Services (MMS) business unit marketing efforts supporting our product and offering. This individual will partner cross-functionally with the MMS leadership team and product management team to support the inbound demand strategy through all related go-to-market efforts. As part of the marketing team, this person will create assets and execute marketing tactics to drive scalable growth of Motus MMS product and services through its direct and indirect sales channels. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment. This person will be a large contributor to the day-to-day execution of all digital and sales channels including Paid Advertising and Organic strategies, channel marketing plans, email marketing and Account Based Marketing.
Position Duties:
- Develop targeted email nurture strategy to ensure top of funnel demand and reach to existing and future database
- Lead the planning, execution and strategy of Account Based Marketing programs and segmentation in MMS market
- Develop and execute Demand organic social strategy in collaboration with Brand Marketing
- Develop and execute segmented retargeting efforts through paid platforms
- Help define KPIs and track performance against targets
- Collaborate with Demand Generation Content to assist with SEO optimization
- Maintain relationships with key channel partners on developing content and joint marketing plans
- Work with outside PPC vendors to execute paid advertising and retargeting strategies
- Closely collaborate with sales and channel leadership and marketing leadership to ensure that solution messaging and brand standards are consistent in digital efforts
- Support product launch and customer marketing campaign processes across our technology portfolio
- Build product collateral and messaging that differentiates our product and services in the market
- Support buying process documentation and buyer persona definition
- Design and execute targeted campaigns to drive end user behavior
- Develop marketing materials and collateral in partnership with Brand, Product, Sales and Customer Success teams
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years’ experience executing in digital marketing channels in the enterprise software or technology-enabled services space
- Experience in the MMS or TEM industry is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal storytelling ability, including synthesizing insights and ideas into simple, succinct narratives
- Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in paid digital campaign management
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO factors & key algorithm updates
- Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proofreading and editing digital assets
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work cross functionally with other areas of Marketing & other departments
- Highly self-motivated; able to collaboratively contribute in a team environment, as well as the ability to be self-managed and work independently.
- Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively
- Google Analytics experience a plus
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Experience supporting a variety of marketing functions such as product and feature launches, content creation, and customer campaigns
This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except the State of Colorado. Some travel may be required.
