Wojan Window & Door is a manufacturer of custom commercial aluminum windows and doors for the nationwide marketplace with locations in Charlevoix, MI and Coldwater, MI.

Wojan has a team of 15-20 sales professionals at any given time, located across the United States and led by our VP of Sales.

The Marketing portion includes maintaining all marketing materials and activities for the company.

Marketing

• Design product brochures and other printed and pdf materials using Adobe InDesign
• Build and maintain website content using WordPress platform
• Create and schedule text, image, and video content for social media
• Create and schedule email marketing campaigns, currently using MailChimp
• Select, design, order, and maintain stock of company promotional items
• Write and distribute company news releases for industry publications
• Evaluate other marketing requests, decide what’s workable, and implement when approved
• Stay up to date with new technology and trends in marketing

The Sales Support portion provides the sales team with reporting and fulfills other administrative requests.

Sales Support

• Run sales and customer data reports upon request
• Maintain sales territory maps, currently using Google maps
• Research projects, both prospective and historical
• Fulfill literature and promotional material requests
• Coordinate architect lunch & learns
• Update salesperson information and customer territories in order entry system
• Complete other support requests as necessary

There are additional administrative responsibilities related to the marketing and sales function that will be part of this position. For example:

• Design and order all company business cards
• Process donation and sponsorship requests
• Handle some customer relations activities such as holiday cards and visitor gifts

This position will work with all other departments on some level so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Candidates should be strong in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft 365, WordPress, and Adobe products is a plus. This is a full-time salaried position, working out of either our Coldwater or Charlevoix office. A college degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline preferred, or having equivalent, relevant work experience.
