GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Marketing Engagement Specialist will be responsible for our product marketing company needs, including owning social media and online positioning tasks for our multiple divisions. In addition, the Marketing Engagement Specialist will be responsible for managing the creation, development and popularization of our brands, product offerings and services online through the many social media outlets we use. These channels include email marketing, digital (online) campaigns, and our social media channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and contribute to the business’ social media accounts
  • Create and implement product marketing campaigns that align with product positioning logistics
  • Produce interesting company-centric marketing campaigns; this includes print and web-based content (such as banner ads, brochures, postcards, sell sheets, and much more)
  • Promote social media strategies based on continually evolving metrics and client feedback
  • Create and adhere to regular publishing/update deadlines for our website, email blasts, and all social media platforms
  • Drive high levels of web traffic and client engagement via SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Measure the conversion rates and other metrics for ongoing campaigns and adjust as necessary
  • Assist with create content or graphics for our website and blog to attract new clients and to establish us as experts in social media marketing for products and services offerings
  • Assist Marketing staff with additional tasks as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years' experience in marketing or advertising
  • Familiarity with B2B & B2C e-commerce a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in digital, email and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (Joomla, Wordpress, etc.)
  • Ability to learn product details quickly and translate that knowledge into marketing efforts
