About the Role:
- Serve as liaison for marketing data / technology requests and requirements concerning MarTech platforms (e.g., Sprout, Shopify, Amperity, Loop, Yotpo), fielding inquiries and providing insights to cross-functional stakeholders
- Project manage RFP process for new MarTech solutions by supporting collection and aggregation of key business requirements and researching/resolving issues incases across technologies, technology integrations, and data pilots (e.g., intent data sources) concerning MarTech stack
- Create and update business documentation, as needed, around new data and technology proposals
- Liaise with vendors, managing selection and installation, updates, maintenance, management of standard processes
- Assist with user journeys in marketing tools to ensure standard campaign tasks are represented accurately and maintained
- Propose audience strategies to drive increased retention and report out on performance
- Identify and implement opportunities with personalization to improve customer experience
- Offer ad-hoc support to solve issues on different platforms

Who we would like to meet:
- BA/BS degree required; Marketing preferred
- Bachelor’s in marketing, or computer science preferred.
- Generally, 2+ years experience in digital marketing, incl. hands-on experience with MarTech platforms
- Familiarity with Sprout, Shopify, Amperity, Loop, Yotpo including coding and front-end integration
