Remington College is looking to hire Master Instructional Professors for our HVAC Program. These positions will teach in a hybrid delivery model and will have an onsite lab assistant assign to each course for the hands on training portion of the class. Master Instructional Faculty do not need to live near a campus location but will be assigned to a campus as a faculty member. Faculty hired for this position must be an expert in their field, teaching experience, and a willingness to motivate and work with our students in meeting competency based education.

Full Time and Part Time Positions are available.

Essential Duties/Job Responsibilities:

As a full-time/part-time Master Instructional Professor, you will:

• Instruct and evaluate students in your area of specialty.
• Keep up-to-date with and effectively use technology and media in the classroom.
• Track student attendance and post assignment feedback in a timely manner.
• Attend faculty/staff and in-service meetings.
• Implement and adhere to all school policies.
• Participate in graduation ceremonies.
• Perform other duties/participate in special projects as assigned.
• Performs the job on site when required.
• Work is performed onsite.

Additional requirements include:

• Master Instructional Faculty in HVAC should have a bachelor's degree in HVACR from an accredited college, as well as one year of HVAC experience.
• Or a bachelor's degree in a closely related profession with three years of experience in HVAC.
• Or have completed vocational training with 5 years of experience.
• Teaching experience in an online delivery or hybrid format is preferred.
