Monday - Friday - 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Material Handler is responsible for ensuring that product is moved within our warehouse in a safe and efficient manner utilizing approved equipment. You are also responsible for proper inventory being maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards being upheld.

- RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate a pallet jack to move pallets throughout designated work area and perofmr taskes to assigned
Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on palletizing equipment
Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
Perform safety inspections and audits as required
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
Use scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking of inventory within the facility
Follow standard work policies and procedures
Work as a team with forklift drivers to ensure production flow and improve operations
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 1+ years of material handler operation experience in warehouse or inventory environments Prior exposure to CPG and/or Food & Beverage industries preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills An understanding of computer ordering systems and other IT systems Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage Ability to stand, walk and sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Regularly lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays as needed. Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. Responsible for overall safety and safe operation of motor vehicle. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures Operate in a warehouse environment.
