We are hiring full-time Manufacturing Associates for our Bloomsburg, PA location. We are looking for people who are motivated, willing to learn, and looking for advancement opportunities to join our fast-paced production team.
Essential Daily Responsibilities of a Material Handler
- Load raw materials onto machine conveyor belt, i.e., grinders and shredders
- Follow equipment procedures to keep the line running
- Abide by all safety policies and practices
- Maintain a clean work area
- Use forklift to transfer material
- Follow production schedule to fulfill orders
2nd Shift Hours are Monday - Friday 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm
3rd Shift Hours are Monday - Friday 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Physical Qualifications
Lift, push or pull up to 75 pounds- Standing for an extended period
- Lift, throw, bend, squat, twist, and reach
- Work in both hot and cold conditions
Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship
- Be 18 years or older
- The candidate must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening, physical, and drug screen
- Be a dependable self-starter with a desire to learn and cross-train
- Have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent attendance
- A positive attitude and willingness to follow direction
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus, but not necessary
