Position: Material Handling Operator/Assembler

Location: 2501 N Barrington Rd, Hoffman Estates, IL

***This position is on the first shift (6 AM to 2:30 PM)***

Summary:Assemble kits and/or sub-assemblies following documented work instructions (e.g., routings,assembly drawings, written procedures). Execute duties in compliance with regulatory agencies. Use required tools to fulfill assignments. Recognize problems, report, troubleshoot, and repair problems. Assure completion of system or sub-assembly in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

1 Follow written work instructions to assemble kits.

2 Perform all duties using good documentation practices.

3 Document non-conformances.

4 Work alone or in a group.

5 Assist with picking and delivering materials when needed.

Required:

1 Minimum 2 years experience in a medical device company.

2 Ability to work well with others.

3 Excellent oral communication skills.

4 High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

1 Knowledge of SAP.

2 Knowledge of Siemens-Healthiness processes.

4 Ability to work with minimum guidance to fulfill customer demands.

5 College Degree

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hoffman Estates, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
