Position Summary:The Materials Administrator position includes such activities as but is not limited to: Updating and processing of all paperwork relative to the Materials department & its processes. Scheduling of outbound shipments as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in "other related duties as assigned":

  • Accurately updating all paperwork associated with the Materials department and its processes.
  • Processing the return of demo and lease return products within Loffler's operating system.
  • Effectively organizing and tracking of these operations for future referencing.
  • Accurate assignment and completing of customer orders for equipment and accessories.
  • Scheduling of all outbound LTL shipments and the accurate tracking of these orders.
  • Responsible for reconciling errors associated with these activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment daily.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Good customer service skills dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team orientated individual.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Loffler OS (e-Automate) a plus.
  • Knowledge of general methods and processes dealing with warehouse functions.
  • Basic understanding of the leasing process.
  • Knowledge of methods and procedures pertaining to the processing and distribution of a variety of parts, supplies and equipment.
  • Understanding of LTL freight movement and scheduling.

Education/Experience:

  • High School diploma or Equivalent.
  • Inventory control and processing experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.
