TRIZ Advanced Manufacturing is an entity of TRIZ Engineering Services America LLC, with the mission of building quality sub-assemblies related to electric vehicle high voltage systems. • 
  Perform of all the movement of EV High Voltage parts and sub-assemblies to and from the workstations or production line.
• Will function in self-directed work groups/teams, responsible for the productive operation of the Assembly line. Working to strict safety and quality requirements, help to achieve daily production requirements in terms of quality and quantity to meet customer expectations and requirements, optimizing efficiency and maintaining operational excellence.

• 
  General material handling activities related to Electric Vehicle High Voltage devices and sensitive equipment, including receiving, storage and handling of high value components and high voltage battery assemblies.

• Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Labeling every product and placing them accordingly.
• Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process.
• Responsible for safely maneuvering and transporting high voltage assemblies on specified build schedule to multiple designated areas (possibly among different buildings).
• Keeping a well-maintained and updated account to stack and inventory.
• Handling returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication.
• Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conduction regular maintenance.
• Conveying purchasing requirements and keeping data on the availability of products in short supply.
• Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products.
• You will be tasked with similar responsibilities related to other customers during quieter times.

  Able to work to within tight cycles/deadlines and with minimum supervision.
• Should have impressive physical stamina, co-ordination and strength to regularly move and transport large, heavy items.
• The ability and drive to keep work areas neat and tidy and must track and file daily production records, so organization skills are needed to effectively handle these tasks.
• Certification in forklift operation.
• Knowledge of operating other warehouse machinery.
• Data entry, math and computer skills.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift objects weighing between 50-100 pounds.
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

• 
  High School Diploma or GED
• Two plus years of experience operating heavy duty equipment and working in warehouse setting.
• Need to be physically fit and certified to drive standard forklift as well as stand-up forklift.
• Experience in record keeping, data entry and stack management essential.
• Experience conducting inventories and cycle counts.

Work Conditions

Standard vehicle manufacturing plant environment with moderate noise level. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as safety glasses and steel toe shoes will be required and reimbursed in manufacturing or industrial areas.

Current Hours: 6:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
