Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. What you will do:

• Under general direction, this position works with the DVCH management team to identify special projects and perform needs assessments.
• Establishes appropriate project timelines and goals while also monitoring project budget and expenditures.
• Compiles reports to ensure timely completion of all project requirements.
• Lead quarterly grants management meetings and assist with grant writing and research.
• Creating and managing Social Media Content.
• Assist with new projects development and meeting frequency to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in compliance-related activities to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications, Education, and Knowledge:

An undergraduate degree in business management, public health or a related field is required.
Prior experience in community health care is preferred.
Project management experience preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills are required.
