Enprotech Industrial Technologies is a supplier of repair, rebuilding, and field services for the metal forming and steel industry. We are rapidly growing and looking to expand our team! Enprotech is in search of positive attitudes that can provide urgency and innovative solutions to our customers.

What you will do:

• Generate repair solutions, value-added improvements, and new design concepts on existing heavy manufacturing equipment.
• Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
• Analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
• Generate and submit engineered work scope and labor/material estimate through coordination with sales department and customer interaction.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing /repair methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs.
• Schedule, plan, resource, and manage all technical activities aimed at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
• Generate repair/new component prints, work flow documents, and assembly prints as required for assigned projects
• Generate and maintain project schedules and coordinate resources accordingly.
• Interact daily with purchasing, sales, and production teams.
• Report regularly on project status

What you need to be successful:

• Demonstrates proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Solidworks Software
• Able to generate new and markup/modify existing prints to coincide with the routing of the parts through the manufacturing facility.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills with the ability to apply engineer principles to mechanical systems
• Ability to run multiple projects of varying degrees of difficulty and duration at one time.
• Works independently but also coordinate effectively as part of a team.
• Successful working in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible/adaptable to rapidly changing priorities
• manage, plan, and coordinate activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and cost parameters.
