Job Summary: We are an Assisted Living Facility looking for CNAs, Nurse Aides and Med Aides to join our growing team in Full and Part Time positions. The right candidate will have a strong desire to serve others in a Long Term Care setting. The day-to-day duties of this role include helping residents with mobility around the facility, assisting with meals, assisting with ADLs.

Responsibilities
-
Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly residents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating

Assist residents with ambulation
- Assist with physical therapy exercises
- Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting residnets with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties

Reliable transportation every single day

Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment is preferred but not required

Willingness to enforce health and safety standards

Supportive and compassionate

High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program

Pay - Starts at $17/hr
