Requirements of the Physician
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Have/will complete accredited Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Residency
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
