Our Medical Surgical unit has 64 beds to care for our adult post operative surgical patients. Our team provide compassionate, patient-centered care. The most common patients are traumatic orthopedic, neuro spine, gynecological, abdominal and general surgeries, as well as general medical patients. Our care team is comprised of RNs, CNAs, LPNs, HUCs. The Charge Nurses support the team and facilitates unit flow and throughput.

Minimum Requirements:
Hospital-based nursing experience is required. New graduates or RNs without hospital experience should apply for an upcoming RN residency.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire
Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred Current WA state RN license prior to start date. Current Health Care Provider level CPR and ACLS, PALS, NRP, and/or PEARS certification as required by facility or department. Specialty certification preferred.
