Med Tech Position (Hiring Immediately) - Hiring Bonus

PM Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm

Med Tech Requirements

- Experience interacting and providing care for seniors (Highly Preferred)

- Able to pass applicable licensing and background requirements

- Exceptional written and verbal skills

Med Tech Responsibilities

· Assist residents with medication management, including pouring and passing medications to residents in strict compliance with physicians orders

· Ensure all medication documentation is current and accurate

· Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies and ensure the medication room is neat, clean, organized and maintained consistent with all applicable standards and procedures

· Monitor psychotropic medication use is consistent with physician orders and ensure resident behaviors actually warrant the use of medication

· Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming

· Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer

· Assist residents with housekeeping, such making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom

· Consistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident’s care plan

· Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services Director

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
