Collective Measures is currently seeking a full time Media Supervisor for the Awareness Media team, to lead in the strategy and execution all awareness media driven tactics.
_JOB DUTIES:
- Supervises the execution of media plans, including preparation of media budgets, schedules of insertions, contracts, and supporting materials
- Train and mentors media planners and managers in media planning, strategy, and execution as it relates to awareness-driving tactics (ex: video, audio, display, OOH, print)
- Ensures that performance metrics are established for awareness team members
- Articulate awareness-driving media strategy and capabilities of Collective Measures to clients, new prospects, and internally to agency staff
- Maintain expertise in and operate as a respected internal leader for all awareness-driving media tactics
- Contribute to Collective Measures’ marketing efforts by writing blog posts and speaking at industry events.
- Participate in new business project assignments and pitches
- Assist in reconciling billing for media as needed
- Attend meetings with media/ad tech vendors for the purpose of evaluating new information/services and to maintain good rapport with sales contacts
_EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience creating digital and/or traditional marketing plans with multiple media channels (out of home, programmatic/direct display banners/video/audio/native, print, broadcast, etc.)
- 1+ years of team leadership/management experience
- Possess a broad set of media, marketing, and leadership skills
- Significant depth of expertise in awareness-based media campaigns
- Strong focus on measurement and analytics
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Client-centric mindset
- Solid professional presentation skills (written, visual and verbal)
- Strong background in display marketing
- Experience working at or with an agency is preferred
