The primary responsibility of this position is to perform various clinical, laboratory and administrative procedures. Work closely with the chiropractor to ensure that the patient understands the doctor’s wishes and that the patient understands his/her treatment. Additionally, works closely with the Clinic Assistant’s to ensure that the patient flow through the clinic is efficient.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Medical Assistant Diploma

· AAMA or CMA

· 6 months experience in a clinic environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· Must obtain CRT within 3 months of employment (company paid training)

Other :

· Must be able to regularly lift up to 30 pounds

· Work schedule may need to be altered to accommodate clinic needs; this may include after hours and Saturdays work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Madison, WI 53713: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
