The Dearing Clinic is an Integrated Physical Medicine office, seeking a medical assistant. Our office is fast-paced and will require a self-starter who is motivated and goal oriented. We utilize a team approach to provide excellent care and results to our patients. A medical assistant in our office must be willing to train and continually develop their skills and knowledge. Must be dependable, accountable and professional with a positive, team focused attitude.
Job Description and Objectives
- Patient Intake (obtain VS, medication list, patient history)
- Chart in EHR system
- Assist with obtaining signed consent forms prior to in-office procedures
- Assist medical provider with in office procedures
- Assist with IV nutritional therapy
- Assist with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
- Orthosis (brace) fitting and patient education
- Peptide Prescription Ordering
- Maintain Medical Supply Inventory
- Maintain Supplement Inventory
Education/ Experience
- Active Certificate in Medical Assisting
- 1 year of medical assistant experience (preferred)
