Knoxville Institute of Dermatology is hiring full-time Patient Services Representatives. Our team is looking for personable, hard-working teammates who can deliver an exemplary experience for each of our patients. Applicants for this full-time position should have two years experience as a patient services representative in a healthcare setting.

What you’ll do:

• You'll be the eager voice that enthusiastically assists patients in person and over the phone
• Collect the appropriate patient information during the check-in process while eagerly answering any patient questions about their visit
• Answer a multi-line telephone system for nine providers ensuring each patient’s needs are met to the fullest extent
• Master the electronic medical record and scheduling system to allow for efficient and accurate scheduling of all types of patient visits

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00am-4:30 pm
• Five days per week in our Knoxville office

About Us:

Knoxville Institute of Dermatology was founded in 2007 with the objective of delivering the highest level of dermatologic care while focusing on each patient’s individual experience. Over the last fifteen years, we have now grown to nine providers and four locations in Knoxville, Lenoir City, Tellico Village, and our newest location in Morristown. In June of 2021, Knoxville Institute of Dermatology completed the expansion of our now 17,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility located on Kingston Pike in Bearden. Our continued focus on patient care has allowed us to grow from a small solo-practice to now the largest privately-owned dermatology practice in the Knoxville area.
