Summary of position:

This position is responsible for meeting performance expectations in the areas of medical recruitment, service excellence, and resource utilization. The role requires frequent interaction with medical professionals via multiple communication methods; including initiating contact with potential prospects, following through with active applicants, evaluating applicants throughout the recruiting process, maintaining good reputation with applicants who join ASAP-Medical Staffing. Full-cycle recruiting from start to finish for medical professionals

Compensation:

  • $40,000.00 base pay +commission paid weekly
  • On Target Earning (OTE) for first year is $60,000.00
  • Uncapped total compensation

Position duties:

  • Utilize phone, text, cold-call and email to recruit prospects using social media and industry-specific web sites
  • Maintain relationships with current and future Medical Professionals by phone, text, and email
  • Work with account managers to place your candidates in facilities across Nebraska
  • Manage your medical professionals once placed on assignment–including completion of licensure and other medical compliance requirements
  • Building on-going relationships with your medical professionals for retention and option of additional placements or shifts
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to ASAP's core values and mission
  • Professionally represent the company at recruiting events, seminars, and other marketing venues
  • On-Call rotation required
  • Must meet minimum quotas
