The Y is here for our community to provide a safe place for all to come and enjoy the facility and programming that we offer. In order to do this, we are looking for a full-time leader to help engage our members, participants, and staff at our Houser branch in Onalaska.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Perform excellent service to all members, staff, volunteers and guests
  • Overall supervision & security of the building & grounds during evening hours
  • Address member and safety concerns as needed
  • Engage members/participants around the facility
  • Act as lead Member Services Representative in all situations

Qualifications:

  • Ability to address and make solid decisions in emergency situations
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to build relationships
  • Maintain positive relationships with youth in the building and address concerns as needed
  • CPR/First aid preferred
  • Supervisory experience a plus
  • Must be 21 years or older
