Position Description: Excellent opportunity for a highly-motivated, self-starting, service-oriented team player to assist in providing extraordinary customer service to members at either the Dunigan Family YMCA or the Ascension St Vincent YMCA membership desk.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent member service and maintain member service control
- Facilitate membership and program enrollment
- Answer phones and assist members with questions/concerns
- Perform various clerical duties
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- High degree of accuracy with information provided
- Multitask oriented
- Effective communication skills
