How Good360 is Closing the Need Gap
As the global leader in product philanthropy and purposeful giving, Good360’s mission is to close the need gap by partnering with more than 400 socially responsible companies to source highly needed donated goods and distribute them through our network of more than 100,000 diverse nonprofits that support people in need, opening opportunity for all. Good360 is the link between organizations with so much to give and communities in critical need, closing that gap and opening up new opportunities for all. Good360 has distributed more than $13 billion in needed goods, including more than $1.5 billion in goods in 2021 alone. Good360 is a top 15 charity on the Forbes list of America’s Top 100 Charities and has a 4-star Charity Navigator rating.
Good360’s in-kind giving model is a shared cost model where each participant in the value chain helps underwrite the costs of moving donated goods to where they can do the most good. Good360 uses grant funding to cover the costs of storing, shipping, matching, and distributing donated products from companies to nonprofits that need those items. We also leverage grant support to help build capacity throughout our nonprofit network, enabling organizations to build their own sustainable in-kind giving operations. In 2021, for every $1 received by Good360, we distributed more than $50 in needed goods. Our corporate supporters include Amazon, Walmart, UPS, CVS Health, Lowe's, Tempur Sealy International, Nike, The Home Depot, GAP, Inc., Hasbro and many other major corporations.

Our Member Services team is seeking a motivated and caring individual who can help us deliver on our mission of closing the need gap by providing excellent service to our nonprofit members across the country.

Responsibilities: *
o Provide outstanding customer service via inbound phone calls, online chats and help tickets.
o Maintain positive nonprofit relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
o Provide support in vetting and processing member registration.

What we need from you:
o Customer service experience necessary
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Self-motivated, energetic attitude
o Creative problem-solving skills

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
