KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong selling skills, passion for menswear, and experience working in a clientele-based environment. Set and achieve goals.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
• Measure customers for size, fit garments on customers, and mark areas requiring alterations
• Educate customers and employees on proper fit, style, construction and trend in a professional and friendly manner (including training of Non-Indochino Shop Employees)
• Actively build and maintain product knowledge through an awareness of fit, style, construction and trends
• Perform fittings according to Nordstrom and Indochino guidelines and service standards
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your expertise
• Grow sales by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
• Give the best service to our customers on their terms which may require all employees to be flexible and open to occasionally performing work/duties in a department other than the one you were hired into
• The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs
• Our commission salespeople make on average a range from $17 per hour to more than $100 per hour depending on individual sales performance. The U.S. average rate is $27.00/hour.
