Mainspring Wireless a Metro By T-Mobile authorized dealer - is looking to expand our team

We are looking for two result driven retail Store Managers to be responsible for the overall store management for our Denver and Aurora location. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, supervise inventory functions and manage staff effectively.

Responsibilities

The Store Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;

  • Responsible for full operation of the store including:

o Hiring, training and developing a team of effective Sales Associates.

o Responsible for overseeing organization of store schedule and employee time sheets.

o Maintaining a clean and organized store environment and ensuring that visual merchandising is engaging to customers, while adhering to the wireless brand standards.

o Must ensure that all cash handling and bank deposits are conducted according to company policy

  • Responsibility for the overall productivity results in the store including:

o Meet and exceed organizational and individual performance goals.

o Ensure that sales associates are up to speed on training for new products and offerings.

o Responsible for inventory control and loss prevention.

o Coaching the sales Associates in building relationships with customers, understanding their needs. Support them in delivering a strong customer experience that will allow the customer to confidently recommend the wireless brand to their friends and family.

Requirements

Bilingual is highly desired.

The position requires to have experience in management.

Familiar with all aspects of retail, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention and team leadership.

A high school degree or GED is essential.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pass a Pre-employment background screen.

Availability to work flexible shifts: which may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
