Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a recently transitioned military veteran, military spouse, or actively serving National Guard or Reservist

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with social monitoring technology
• Experience with different social media platforms
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
• Self-directed approach
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Responsibilities

• Manage social alerts distribution lists
• Monitor social media dashboard
• Identify and respond to social conversations
• Format and distribute social media alerts quickly and accurately to the appropriate individuals, including senor and executive leadership
• Follow up on the resolution of social alerts and ensure resolution for all relevant parties
• Develop and write social media content and copy to support broader marketing campaigns and initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
