Job Title: Molding Operator - Roto/Foam or PolyurethaneJob Type: Temp to HireLocation: BlaineShift/Hours: 2nd shift 2:00pm - 10:30pm Mon - FriEducation: Must have a High School Diploma or GEDCareer Level: 6 months plusSalary: $20 + $1000 signing bonus (upon hired perm)
Description: 1. Fill aluminum tool with material
2. Pull completed parts from machine molds
3. Scrape finished parts clean of flash or excess material
4. Clean molds and/or work in areas as required
5. Hang and clamp molds
Requirements: 1. Must have previous machine operating experience (plastics experience helpful)
2. Must be able to use hand tools
3. Must be able to work within a team
4. Ability to follow production schedules
5. Able to identify and correct problems
6. Able to follow production schedules
7. Must be able to do the physicality of this role- extremally physical work
Physical Requirements: 1. Lift 50 lbs repeatedly
2. Able to withstand extreme temperatures
3. Able to stand and walk most of the day
4. Comfortable working in a dirty environment given the product that is being produced
5.Slight chemical smell
