Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a single-family investment real estate mortgage originator. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $100MM per month with a team of just 10 loan officers.

Position Summary:

Business-to-business inside sales representative work under the direction of the team leader/senior loan officer. Our primary business is the origination of mortgages for investors and investment companies. This is a business-to-business sales position, not a business to consumer sales position. This position primarily consists of taking prequalified live inbound calls from company generated marketing and making follow-up calls, emails and text messages to existing warm leads.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls from investors interested in mortgage loans
• Following up with existing leads
• Application evaluation
• Structuring finance for investment properties
• Evaluation of financial documents and mortgage applications

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred and we are willing to train the right applicant regardless of experience.
