Quorum Architects, Inc. is seeking all levels, including talented Project Managers / Project Architects to grow with the firm and thrive in an innovative, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment while developing well-rounded skills. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years’ experience working on multi-family residential housing projects, both renovation and ground up projects. Education and Professional Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited architectural program

• Strong team player with the ability to work directly with clients and consultants

• Must exhibit high level design, graphic, written, and verbal communication skills and be able to work in a collaborative environment

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and delegate a multitude of tasks, assignments and changing priorities efficiently

• Core knowledge of construction detailing and the ability to develop a complete set of construction documents (plans and specifications)

• Perform construction administration and show proven ability to manage project from design to close out

Proficiency in the following software is preferred

• Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max and Enscape

• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam
