JOB SUMMARY
Reliant Property Management is looking for a Multi-Site Leasing Agent! The home location will be Woods Grove, an 80 unit, LIHTC community. Travel to other sites will be required with full mileage reimbursements.
Reliant Property Management's Leasing Agents welcome prospective residents, assist with leasing activities, and strive to exceed property occupancy goals. They engage new tenants and provide timely resident services. If you have effective time management, strong interpersonal skills, and property management knowledge, you are an ideal candidate.
SALARY:
- $20-$25/hour
- Full time employment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the day-to-day leasing operations of the property
- Support the property manager’s efforts to manage all aspects of marketing and leasing for the property
- Perform other duties as requested to support property operations
- Travel to sites as needed throughout the Bay Area
EXPERIENCE
Required
- High school Diploma or GED
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sunday-Thursday schedule, weekend availability needed
- Able to travel to various sites
Preferred
- Experience with OneSite or other property management software
- Associate degree or higher
- Direct leasing and/or property management skills
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
