If you are a hardworking, safety conscious and reliable individual who would enjoy working in an exciting environment, join our team at The Track! We are currently seeking an outgoing, reliable and friendly person to serve as an Arcade Attendant, Cashier, and Ride Attendant.

As an Arcade Attendant / Cashier / Ride Attendant, you will:*

• Welcome all guests, positively interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Be knowledgeable of pricing and park policies
• Encourage arcade guests to play games
• Explain rules and procedures, and oversee operations within the arcade
• Assisting guests at the kiosk and with games if needed
• Awarding prizes and keeping the redemption station stocked with merchandise
• Collecting payments and issuing point cards
• Work in a fast paced, high-volume, and exciting environment
• Assist guests on and off the attractions
• Follow all ride specific safety procedures including but, not limited to, checking heights, checking restraints, ensuring bags and loose items are not allowed on the ride, etc.
• Maintaining a safe work environment for guests and team members
• Continually monitor the cleanliness within the assigned area
• Working as a team and performing other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality with great customer service skills
• Ability to utilize POS system and related equipment
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, days/evenings, and weekdays when needed for operation
• Must be willing to work indoors with artificial and natural lighting
• Must be willing to work outdoors and in all weather conditions including direct sunlight, hot/cold weather, and rain
• Must be willing and able to clean using chemicals after training and with proper personal protective equipment
• Must be able to stand, kneel, and squat for extended periods
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must be professional, energetic, and have a positive attitude at all times
• Must be able and willing to meet all Track grooming standards daily

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
