The National Accounts Administrator will deliver organizational support to the CLARK National Accounts team, support staff and enhance the experience of all internal customers, dealer sales channel communication, and end customers. The Sales Administrator will be a key member of the CLARK sales organization and directly contribute to growth of the sales channel.

Essential Functions:

· Analyze RFQ (requests for quote) from national account clients, prepare proposals and quote documentations that support sales reps.

· Assist with organizational tasks for national accounts and track administration of demo program.

· Receive and track national account orders. Verify details and submit to order entry.

· Track order status and communicate updates to all stakeholders, internal and external.

· Place orders externally with vendors for accessory items for related truck orders. Work with aftermarket parts dept to expedite.

· Regular communication with National Account Sales Mgrs to coordinate efforts and supply logistical support. Attend all National Account meetings and functions.

· Communicate with dealers through phone, written correspondence and or electronic media for coordination of truck orders and delivery to the customer.

· Maintain late order reporting and make available to sales team and customer when necessary.

· Produce monthly and quarterly “on Order Reports” to all National Accounts Sales team

· Coordination of Demo fleet. Movement across the country as well as coordination with the dealerships.

· Inventory control to achieve the lowest cost for CMHC

· Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting

· Create & maintain monthly reporting for orders, Invoicing and inventory

· Responsible for monthly expense analysis and reporting.

· Working directly with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop new incentives, promos and other administrative tasks.

· Participate with the Marketing Department on the creation of new promotional materials, branded items, and support material for National Accounts and end-customer use

QUALIFICATIONS

· Preferably 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Experience providing organizational support and coordination for complex sales department.

· Proven track record of high-level skills in administrative support roles.

· Strong computer and business software skills. Such as; Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word and Salesforce. Ability to type minimum 45wpm.

· Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven record of providing excellent support for customers from a variety of backgrounds.

· Strong organizational skills: Candidate is someone with a positive attitude, who is self-motivated and ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously, while supporting the overall goals of the company.

· A self-starter. Ability to organize tasks and manage time to meet organizational goals, with minimal supervision

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
