Transformations Care Network is seeking an experienced, data-driven National Director to oversee the outreach operations for their growing footprint of outpatient mental health facilities throughout the United States. The NDO is responsible for developing and executing the strategic outreach plans, based on company goals, that will promote both patient and referral partner growth and satisfaction for the organization. Examples of outreach targets may include unaffiliated psychiatric care providers, primary care groups, inpatient facilities and other higher levels of care, schools, and other community-based organizations. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with relevant experience leading a healthcare services organization in achieving admission and census goals through both outbound and inbound campaigns.

About the Role:

  • Developing processes and an organizational model to consistently deploy an effective, nationally-coordinated, regionally-executed outreach strategy focused on driving patient referral volumes
  • Building and managing a regionally-based team of outreach managers
  • Partnering with regional leaders to develop and execute integrated marketing and outreach campaigns that achieve company targets for new patient intakes, census, and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and manage tools, collateral, and content to support outreach strategy
  • Supporting and partnering with the de novo site selection and implementation teams to execute outreach strategies to support new clinic openings, including pre-opening, market, and relationship development activities
  • Implementing view-through attribution methodologies and reporting key performance indicators to executive management with strategic recommendations for investment allocation and optimization, including the adoption of a CRM tool
  • Championing Transformation’s mission by partnering with our family of local brands to reinforce their value proposition throughout their region and community
  • Responsible for driving qualified demand through community partner referral channels
  • Managing the outreach budget and personnel
  • Developing and enforcing brand standards
  • Managing outreach support vendors and partners
  • Implement outreach technologies that create opportunity and efficiencies
  • Working with the marketing team to develop quarterly strategic marketing plans and campaign brand platforms
  • Other duties as assigned

About You:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Leadership and team building
  • Ability to create a culture among the outreach team that is sales-oriented while remaining consistent with the mission, vision, and values of a mental health organization and its clinical purpose
  • Working knowledge of and 3+ years of experience using SalesForce to drive team performance and KPI improvement
  • Skills in digital, social, and traditional marketing channel development
  • Effective wrote, verbal and electronic communication that is professional in both content and delivery
  • Ability to gain the trust and respect of senior executives, teams, and peers
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with various stakeholder groups
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and project management tools
  • Practices shared accountability with other functional areas of the business
  • Willingness to adapt to changing needs – and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 50%
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in data-driven, outreach/sales leadership positions
  • Experience hiring and building a sales team
  • MBA
  • Multi-Site Healthcare Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
