Do you have a passion to train and guide others towards best practices? Have sales experience? In this role, you’ll work as a sales and product trainer to support and actively engage new hires and employees in a training environment to enable sales performance through sales skills training, sales coaching, and product training. You’ll design, develop and deliver sales and product training sessions for new and tenured associates.
Learning and development focuses on providing coaching, motivation and support to enhance the engagement and success of employees in training to attain targets and goals. Evaluate training process, curriculum and processes. Recommend and coordinate needed change based on process analysis.
What You'll Do:
- Provide on-boarding training for associates, including but not limited to sales methodologies, soft skills, outreach techniques, objection handling strategies, product knowledge and processes
- Identify learning needs, conduct assessments, and interpret results
- Provide on the job coaching and performance management of new hires
- Work on training materials development
- Work with team leaders, sales managers, and other departments to drive sales performance
- Stay informed of new sales methods and techniques
- Achieve 100% of training completion goals
- Manage day to day operations, processes, and reporting
- Improve the key success metrics associated with training goals
- Deliver excellent customer experience and communication
- Develop, coach, support and evaluate a classroom of new trainees· Ensure team has tools, systems, and support needed to perform trainings
What You'll Bring:
Requirements
2-3 years’ experience managing training and/or adult learning programs- 6+ years’ experience in training and/or adult learning
- Strong coaching skills
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
- High customer service orientation in a Sales organization
- Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office
- Contact center experience
- Understanding of sales methodologies and various outbound approaches
- Ability to identify performance gaps, coach and motivate others, build a team spirit, and nurture an inclusive learning environment
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills (face to face and virtual settings)
- Highly motivated and goal oriented with a positive attitude
- Understanding of adult learning principle
