Key Role:

Apply expertise in analytical, advisory, and technical analysis work to Air Force client activities. Maintain responsibility for ensuring the 24/7/365 continuity of classified and unclassified mission planning cell (MPC) networks. Support the operations and maintenance of a sophisticated multi-domain command and control system and the design and deployment of new capabilities. Monitor, patch, and update workstations, servers, and virtual machines, design and deploy system upgrades and enhancements, create, and maintain system documentation, diagnose and solve system problems, and support users.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with VMWare Virtual Desktop environments
• Experience in network administration
• Knowledge of computing infrastructures, hardware and software troubleshooting, and Windows and UNIX operating systems
• Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and UNIX
• Ability to work shift work in support of 24/7/365 operations
• Ability to work on a matrixed team comprised of IT, systems administrators, and network administrators
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• DoD 8570 Compliance Certification, including Security+ CE, SSCP, or GSEC Certification

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with network and IT program management
• Experience with Cisco and Juniper networking equipment, network monitoring and logging tools, and thin and zero client solutions
• Possession of excellent troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor's degree in CS or IT
• CISSP Certification, MS Certified Solutions Associate Certification, or a Certified IT Professional Server Admin Certification, including 2008 or newer
