Project Overview:
RIVA Solutions is seeking a Network Engineer with specialization in Data Center Engineering to support the Information Technology Services Desk Support and Engineering Services Contract at U. S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support organizational LAN, WAN, Internet, or discrete segments of the network
- Monitor network and website performance for availability
- Assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and hardware
- Administer and maintain network security measures
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining F5 Load Balancers
- Demonstrated experience with firewall configuration
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting network performance issues
- Working knowledge of WAN/LAN Network management and monitoring
- Ability to troubleshoot and deploy solutions.
- Thorough understanding of Network OS, Devices, and Protocols
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript, bash)
Certifications/Education:
- Associate Azure Network Engineer Certification is a plus.
