Tru By Hilton is looking for a reliable, outgoing, and open minded individual to join their one Tru team!

This person must be willing to work over nights and work well with a team and be self sufficient. Must be good with details and computer systems. Great communication and punctuality is required

Experience preferred but not required.

Job related tasks include (but are not limited to):

Make sound judgement on guest interactions

Be reliable, professional, and mature

Ability to multi task

Identify the causes of out-of-balance situations in a timely manner

Run night audit and assess all reports for variances

Produce various reports for management

Take initiative to correct errors to prevent re-occurrence.

Follow the hotel's recommended guest arrival and departure procedures

Answer guests' questions about the hotel services and amenities

Qualifications:

Prior cash handling experience necessary.

High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.

Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.

Read, write and speak English fluently

Strong computer skills

Reliability and transportation

Have an understanding of cash flow and account management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

• 8 Hour Shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends
