Primary Responsibilities

In the role of North Texas Water Treatment Leader, we'll count on you to:

  • Focus on delivery of water treatment related planning, process, and design projects
  • Serve as Deputy PM on larger projects and PM on smaller projects at outset
    • Coordinate project production teams.
    • Delegate and mentor junior staff with respect to water treatment and drinking water
  • Assist local drinking water market sector program lead with tracking opportunities and pursuits
  • Provide support with proposal development related to drinking water pursuits
  • Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance
  • Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project site in conjunction with all disciplines
  • Coordinate workload through the entire project development and complete documents on schedule
  • Work with the Water Business Group Director, Regional Controller and Area Manager for project reviews with corporate management as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 10 years related experience
  • PE
  • Hands-on CAD experience and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering
