The Pines Rehabilitation & Health Center is a 60 Bed SNF/NF facility that provides Quality and Compassionate Resident Centered Care to the residents we serve. We're located in Beautiful Lyndonville, VT. We are currently accepting applications for an LNA in Training. If you have a desire to pursue a career as a caregiver, we have the pathway for you to achieve your dreams.
This is a full time, benefit eligible position with a comprehensive training.

Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour
