A nationally recognized organization in Southwestern Ohio is looking for their . This is an exciting opportunity to join an elite healthcare team as a senior Nurse Leader in the Maternal Child Health field.

Nurse Director Women and Childrens Services will oversee operations for the Women and Childrens service line which includes Labor and Delivery, NICU, and Mother Baby units. The Director Women Services will be responsible for maintaining and continuing evidence based best practice and superior care all while maintaining the departmental budget and it’s policy and procedures.

The organization strives to maintain the highest quality care for its patients and the most up to date technology for its employees. Safety and excellence in providing the best possible outcome is evident as it has received many top awards for Critical Care, Stoke, Pulmonary, Cardiac and more. It has roughly 400+ beds and is a trauma center that serves the community.

Nursing Director Maternal Child Health will be supported by a Nurse Manager and 2 other additional leadership roles for each unit in the department. The Nurse Director Women and Children's Services will oversee roughly 200 FTEs and 30 beds and ORs combined. A strong, focused and dedicated Nurse Leader is important to this organization and staff.
