OB/GYN Physician - Locum Tenens to Perm - Open Pay Rates

Compensation and Benefits
- Locum Tenens to Perm
- Open 24hr call, hourly and call back rates. You present your desired rates!
- Weekly payroll and direct deposit
- Benefits package available
- Malpractice insurance covered
Schedule
- M-F days, 24-hour shifts (7a-7a)
- 2-3 days per week in clinic and 1-2 days per week in surgery
- 1:4 hospital call, 1:2 or 1:3 clinic call (telephone only)
- Deliveries while on call
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed and ongoing
Position Details
- Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
- 15-20 patients per day in full day of outpatient clinic; fewer if they are in surgery and/or on call for deliveries
- EMR: Center
- Supporting staff: MA, Receptionist, and a Practice Manager
- Duties: Working OP clinic seeing OB and GYN patients, GYN surgeries at main OR in hospital and/or local outpatient surgery center, and deliver babies at hospital
- Required Procedures: Routine GYN surgical procedures, routine vaginal and cesarean deliveries, no robotics
- Types of Cases: Routine GYN visits and surgeries, and routine prenatal and deliveries; can get midwife home deliveries gone awry
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
- Active California medical license
- COVID Vaccinated
