Job description
To function as an integral and participant member of a patient care team specific to unit and procedure being performed, under the direction of a licensed professional nurse. Performs duties in support of the Hospital mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner. This position serves all age's birth to death.
- Successful completion of a Surgical Technician course
- Recent scrub experience required
- Certification (CST) preferred
- Ability to scrub for c-sections
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use computer
- Extensive use of computer equipment
